Its 3" from the outlet of the turbo to the inlet of the intercooler, and from the outlet of the intercooler to the throttlebody. The BOV is going to be mounted to the intercooler.

I believe the intercooler has three 6"X9"X3" spearco cores, I think...

The three cores are from Turbonetics (Spearco) 3.5" x 9.24" x 6"
(Thank god for this turbonetics catalog in front of me!)

Ryan's intercooler is similar to some of our other intercoolers that we manufacturer... Its good for 900hp+ (at least thats what the Corvette guys are making on it!)

Until tomorrow...

No money tree here... This is what you SHOULD get when you order a turbo kit.

Am i missing something or looking at it the wrong way? I thought the passenger's side pipe had been revised to go over the k-member. Nevertheless, ground clearance seems to be better than the original design.

The crossover pipe from the left to right is the same. We changed the feed pipe from the right side from under the K member to on top of it. The customers that own our system were scraping the pipe and Vband clamp on everything they could find so we're trying to change for the better.

Well, i guess i was looking at it the wrong way. I don't know why, but i just did'nt co-relate the bottom pic with the top pic,.....duhhh!! That looks like a huge improvement. Great job!

nice job guys!

yea these street car guys trying to keep the car as low as possible for looks. he's right though it really was just the clamp itself that sticks out another 1/2" down + that was doing all the scraping.... hey btw can i get one of those under warranty heh one that i am reusing is pretty much ground in half

great solution and im sure everyone is noticing how you are reacting to customer feedback.

now someone is going to want to stash the a/c on the car somewhere... did i say that out loud?

Very nice fab skills. Good to have you as a sponsor that actually provides pics of projects! Killer system. Ryan, you'll have to add TT to your Christmas list for the rest of your life for a build like this.
