I was thinking I was going to cut and plug those and add a tial BOV right before the intake My last vortech kit had one and they gave me problems. I went to the race bypass and it work flawless. Thats was with a g trim not the t trim.

I may have missed it since I didn't read every post, but does this kit fit with a TH400 or 4L80 trans?? I might be very interested if it does. Looks to be a very sweet kit!

The main reason NOT to do that is your wasting the efficency of your FMIC.

If the BOV is right before the IC then it dumps the air before it makes the IC work to cool the air charge... ie keeping the intercooler cooler.....

So I should just buy two BOV's then and tig the flanges on where they are at?

Correct, I also thought the 250 rwhp from the stock F body was a low power figure though you need to remember that the engine is very old and and had a fair amount of cyl leakage so that has to hurt the power to some degree .

I'd expect somewhere around 520 to 540 rwhp depending on the fuel octane (high octane fuel required) from a stock LS1 twin turbo engine.

Are you referring to a 400 rwhp NA engine?

To get more than 8 PSI you will need a boost controller or to swap out the stock waste gate springs to higher poundage wastegate springs.

Thanks.
I don't have and the turbo positions were prototyped around the latest generation BMR K member, hope that helps.

Or add a good quality mechanical or mapable electronic boost controller.

Correct, the twin turbo system does utilize twin 38 mm Tial external wastegates and Tial have a wide range of higher poundage wastegate springs that can be sourced directly from Tial.

Power was measured on a dyno dynamics eddy current dyno and I would expect to see slightly higher power figures from a dyno jet inertia type dyno.

The APS F body twin turbo system has twin Tial 38 mm external wstegates and twin blow of valves..............wastegates control the boost pressure where blow off valves vent mass air flow to atmosphere or returns mass air flow back to the air entry system when the throttle blade is closed in order to reduce load on the turbo charger and to keep turbo compressor speed up during gear changing.
