I just want everyone to know that perdieu is one of the most respected and talented drivers on ls2gto.com. Everyone who has met him says he is a class act. He has said a million times on the other board how much more he cares about track times than dyno numbers. Basically, he has absolutely no reason to lie about the numbers. Can't wait to see you track times man!!

Cam is a TSP V2 232/234 .595 .598 112
playing on the streets boost is in at 3500-3600

I see no reason why it couldn't make those numbers. They are on the high side, but when the top end of the motor is totally unrestrictive (heads/cam), then adding 5psi of boost in actuality is quite a bit of air (cfm). So putting down 600+ on a low boost, high flowing setup is somewhat feasable.

OMG! you're making that much power at that low boost setting with a log-style header??!! I now see why some of the guys here are kind of skeptical, nevertheless...i don't think it's impossible. You might just happened to have all the perfect parts for your set-up, I still think it looks pretty cool .So, are you using the stock cast-manifold on the driver's side? and how exactly is the cross-over pipe routed?
