A friend of mine this weekend ran in the same class (EZ street) and he went in way under turboed, but good driving and consistant times car still qualified 4th with a 5.28 ET. The top 2 guys are running 4.9X's....lol. Of course a 106mm will make a little more power....haha

A T4 flange would probably choke that S88 comp wheel. I think the largest Jose goes on the T4's now in the S-series is 80mm. You can build a cheater version with a T6 studded, but the T4 flange hole size is still ALOT smaller then a T6 entry inlet.

Nice times for the first outing. I would think that would be enough turbo to push that car into the high 7 sec range?

I don't think its enough for high 7's. Its a nice mid-low 8 turbo, but that run was all it had. The mph shows its making 1200+rwhp through an auto tranny

Jose.. I'm guessing he is running in EZ Street with this car. Looks like a lil bit bigger turbo and some 60ft tuning will put him right in the mix with the big boys in that class. Its simply amazing what those guys are doing on radials these days. Damn I wish I could afford to go turbo and alky.. I would love to see a LSX motor on alky injection with a turbo setup and no I/C or Coolant system.

It is hard to tell what happened at launch with just the time slip. I have laid down 1.35 60ft times on DR and not ran 141 in the quarter. That number just doesn't fit with the rest of them but anything is possible.

It is a weird slip because you would think the car would have at least went high 9's coasting but maybe the guy was on the brakes or something.

Eaton, did you mean 1/4 or 1/8th. The 141 was in the 1/8th. Also a 1.4 60ft and 141 is not out of the question at all...lol. It just takes alot of HP.

He was on the brakes and was trying to get the car to the side of the track is what he told us. That is the smart thing to do instead of hosing the track down for the next guys behind you. Good drivers know when to get off the groove if their is a problem.

That's what I thought, cuz a 8.6 car would could just coast to a 9 second pass so I figured he had to be on the brakes.
