I have seen quite a few turbo cars with shitty short times in the 1.40 range that have trapped 130-145!! mph in the 1/8th.. If you go to some of the big drag radial races you will see it happen alot actually.. They leave like a pig and then all of sudden the 25-30+lbs of boost comes in and its gone..

Yeah.....watch Shane Stack's car. His car will spin, get out of shape and still run close to 150mph in the 1/8th....lol

Jose decided not to do the 95's in the smaller covers. The airflow coming off the exducer is creating turbulence in the difuser. The exducer needed for the 95 to achieve a proper PR will surpass what the cover can flow. That is an engineering decision.

This is for the race car wanna be that slammed the Fords. Try the world record fastest stock suspension car on drag radials. Wolfe Racecraft Mustang GT 7.40 @ 197 MPH. Not all fords are slow... personally I respect and admire any car that is well thought out and set up right to run fast and consistent.

So are the S series turbos being made by Jose's company or a big turbo company? Or are they custom turbos based on turbos made by like a Garrett or something like that?

The S-series units are done here in house...ala CNC. Some pieces are just ordered from Borg Warner. Different combos are machined to fit, from mild to wild. Also new parts are being casted that will make the process easier

I think I talked to you earlier today. Won't a s88 be too small for my 408? If so do you have a price on that 91?

As for the difference, it uses a touch smaller turbine wheel and the physical size is smaller as well. It comes with a .96A/R and T6 housing.
