here is a pic of mine. I did have to tig "L" brackets to bolt the rad onto my square tubing. I also had to tig a 1/8" bung for the vent line coming from the heads. On the bottom I used some hard rubber blocks that the radiator sits on. I had so much room that I was able to use a single 16" puller fan.

GRI-1-25241-X Radiator, Universal, Crossflow, Aluminum, 27.5 in. Wide, 15.5 in. High, 3.0 in. Thick, Each $189.95 1 $189.95
Same one that was mentioned earlier on this thread. The first one I recieved was warped badly. Summit sent another out without question & it was good. It has been cooling really good so far but it isn't hot here now.
The first puller fan got overheated from the turbo. I have a blanket on the turbo now & a heat shield, no probs since.

Awesome set ups guys, so basically for this Griffen Rad to fit you need to cut out then support that runs across and either use the rad as a new support or run a thin 1x1 bar as a support and attach the rad to that? So does this radiator NEED to have the 1/8" bung tigged on or is it set to go as it comes? I have only heard of this from Code, thanks a lot guys!

I just realized that these guys with the relocated radiator don't have the windshield washer fluid tank. My WF tank is my meth reservoir, so I gotta keep it. Of coarse, all I need is to be able to get a 90° elbow on my procharger, so maybe I can get away with just moving the bottom of the radiator forward...

yea, i already ditched my washer fluid and run a separate tank for the meth. Any more info out there?

It's a steam vent for the coolant in your heads. I use it to purge the air out of the system before I fire up a new engine. I wouldn't delete it but I have no experience to say it is bad. If your car is a 98 it will have them on the front & back of the heads. On the newer setups the back holes are blocked & just the fronts are piped back into the radiator.
I welded in a 1/8" bung on my radiator to hook it up to. I have seen some guys pipe it into the top flat spot on the water pump.

The condenser still fits in the same spot. I put a couple of pieces of weather stripping between the radiator and cond., and between the cond. and new cross member. I made 2 brackets to sandwich the cond. and radiator to the cross member.
