I don't know **** as far as the problem you are having since it is a different boost controller. I do know if you do not have the owners manual if front of you that is a big mistake since these boost controllers are very complicated.

I know if I were to have the same problem as you with my boost controller I have to let the controller know the spring pressure in the WG in order for everything to work properly together.

Well my controller is not real complicated. You just turn 2 ***** to set your low and high boost level and select internal and external gate. I can make it make as much boost as I want the car just doesnt maintain it. It does the same thing running off the wastegate.

Mine does the same thing on every dyno I have tried except a mustang dyno. The mustang dyno I was on held boost all the way to redline my air fuel was just way off because of what might be a bad o2 sensor (I already swapped it but it didn't change anything and the light is still on)
