I hope my ST80 boosts my 364ci to the moon because all of these new turbos make me want to second guess my choice.

Hey Doc, I have been trying to get in touch. I need a t-4 turbo for a 402. What is the biggest ,baddest one you recommend? What is the wait time to get one?

I know I should go t-6. I will switch to a t-6 over the winter. I don't want to down the car right now.

Thanks

Yep! WAY BIGGER than my 76gts

How is the shaft play on yours? Mine seems to have a good bit more than my T76gts. Something also rubs in the exhaust housing if the turbo is held at a certain angle and I spin the wheel.

I'll give you guys (FI.com) a ring tomorrow to discuss if it is normal or mine needs a little adjustment.

The shaft play is due to no oil. The turbos are only assembled in lube. Once you fire it up with oild pressure it will tighten immediately. That is why they call them floating bearings. As for the turbine housing....let us know asap if its debris from packing or not.

Being worked on as we speak. ALOT of machine work has to be done to get the ETT to work with a standard E-cover.

Any flow or hp estimates to speak of? What is the ETT wheel size range that can fit in the E Cover?

Largest so far is 66mm. The 66mm ETT wheel will flow 78-79lbs/min . Compare that to a standard 66mm wheel.

Will it flow that amount in a small E Cover? When will they be available? Any idea on pricing?
