Is it intercooled?

Add Methanol injection, this is a very inexpensive and effective insurance / power adder, especially if you do not have an intercooler (which i would recommend!) - Just make sure it is topped up, which is pretty easy once you get the feel for how fast it is being used.

You will find bigger gains by adding boost and retarding the ignition (to a limit of course).

It is very hard to say, perhaps your setup heats the incoming air more/less than another??? The best way to know for sure is do a tune with the targeted gas until you see a little knock then back it off (you might have to play raising boost lowering advance to optimize) enough to account for very hot days / shitty gas.

We generally can go 12 to 14 psi on the 4.5" intercoolers and 16 to 18 degrees of timing. Add either meth or a front mount intercooler, and you'll be able to run more boost. Bob

Meth injection makes a big difference, as you can add a lot more timing without getting into detonation. Bob
