Because I might go the same route with a turbo 5.3.

Better than starting a whole new thread.

People put WAY too much thought into turbo cams.
The cams in my 3 turbo cars:

Single turbo 5.3 - 218/218 112 LSA
Twin turbo 5.3 - 216/224 117 LSA
Quad Turbo 4.8 - 226/232 110 LSA

I could interchange the cams on any of them and still hit whatever goal I originally set with no complaints.
Pick a cam that behaves the way you want it to for your main purpose.
If its a street car, just grab a mild sized street cam that behaves well enough for you to drive it around and produces power/torque in the RPM ranges you want.

Use boost to reach to reach # goals, not the cam.
