Tial 38mm Wastegate and 50mm BOV sufficient?
Are these going to be sufficient for an ls1 with a T-76? I'm looking for 700-750rwhp.
Also, is there a different BOV I can get so I can vent the air back into the intake? Keep the noise down some....sleeper....

If you are running SD, I don't think that would be a problem.

But if you vent it back into the system before the throttle blade, you still have all of the original pressure in the intake tract. If you vent it after the throttle blade, that may work, unless you use a MAF between the BOV and intake manifold. In that case, unmetered air would enter the system.

We run Tial on everything we build and have never had a problem with the BOVs or Gates.
But don't take our word for it - Tial is run in the 24hours of lemans race in the GT2 Porsche....so, it will take alot of abuse. Not to mention much easier to get parts for (springs)
I am not saying the the JGS60 is not a good product (never seen it) but I would say the Tials are great and problem free.
Just my experience.

so you guys think a tial 60mm WG would work well?
I will probably be using speed density. Aren't you supposed to bypass it to the intake of the compressor? I just want to try to stay somewhat stealth....although that is going to be hard with a t76 spooling...

FWIW, Jose told me I should be okay running a JGS 40mm wastegate (A VERY compact unit capable of handling 750+WHP.-JGS tool website)
on my 396/S400 project. I think the 60mm version for a T76 wouldnt hurt, but he could probably get away with at least a 40mm, couldnt he?
