Default F1R vs F2

I am mainly asking about the measurement from the back of the blower to the inlet. I have seen alot of guys ask about the difference between the D1SC and F1R. So now I am asking about F1R and F2.

The F2 is much bigger than a F1-R. Here are quick size differences.

If you were to lay the volutes down on a table, the F2 would be a bit over .250" thicker from the face of the volute to the beginning of the inlet. Of course the F2 is .750" larger in diameter.

And apparently you didn't read my reply.

You're right. All I saw was the .750" larger diameter statement. But you said if lay the volute on a table, isn't the gearbox different?

No, the gearbox itself is the same between the two blowers.
