Default ProCharger

I have made up my mind to go ahead and order my ProCharger for my 2000 Z. Any suggestions as to any additional mods I should consider?
Currently, I have a CORSA cat-back system, BMR strut tower brace and SLP induction with K&N.

LS6 or Holley intake along with a set of headers will allow you to get alot more hp from the supercharger set up.

You might lose HP by adding the more free flow parts, like headers and ported heads etc, that will probably drop you a few psi...

W/an 8psi setup w/the D-1SC that was w/the 3.60" pulley I saw a total of 6psi w/10.5:1 compression heads and LT headers, then I popped a head gasket off of that, switched to some TEA S2 9.5:1 73cc heads, and saw a total of 4psi, and 453rwhp & 540rwtq...

I'm going to use these same heads on my new motor...

That's what I thought too thus why I'm sticking with just the mods that I've done so far. After I get my charger, I'll tweak things here and there.

A set of bigger injectors, inline or in tank fuel pump will be needed. I would definitly get some Sub frame connectors(SFC's)they are a must with or without mods.

Injectors I'll do later but the sub-frame connectors I'll do soon before the charger. I have SLP and BMR in mind, SLP has bolt-on as well as weld-on whereas BMR only has weld on. Price is not an issue, ease of installation is. What do you think?

You will have belt problems above 8psi.You might want to do more research on problems with ATI before taking the plunge.

The kits are good, but as you make more power or want to up the boost, you need to make changes with the belt setup...

The standard belts will slip if you try and up the boost...thats when you need to step up to an 8 rib setup or a cog (expensive) setup....

My 8 rib didnt cut the mustard.I have yet to see anyone making big power(500+rwhp) not have belt problems.I'm not convinced any of the remedies described on this board actually work under track abuse.I guess until I see someone making repeated 9,10 sec passes on the same belt I consider these remedies pure speculation and wishful thinking.I replaced 14 belts in 26 passes so I'm speaking from experience.I hope someone does come up with a fix for all the guys who invested coin in a D-1 without knowing the negatives.

Im making way over 500 and im not having belt issues anymore. Just took a little time to get it all set. Im making 18 psi with an F1 and not having any slip or breakage. Im at 600 now and hopefully will be a little over that when tuning is done. And dont forget that is through a T400 and 12 bolt.

Scott WS6 made over 500rwhp w/his 8 rib setup, I'm doing a similar setup, I hope it holds up, because it would be a waste of 450 just to buy all of this and eventually up to a cog...

Scott ws6 good deal,600 to the ground thru a t400 is impressive.Cant wait to see how it runs at BG,I will be a enthusiastic spectator.
