This might be an option for the 99-02 Silverado guys...the HD (or is it diesel?) valence.

Yes, if you want to add the valence it will be fine...but the way we set the cooler up you dont HAVE to

Heres an update guys..............
This week we have had some more development time on the Gen-TT GMC Truck systems, and have designed the fitment around the 2500 series and 3500 series HD AWD cars, so one product fits all. Props to the guys for spending the hours and getting the hard yards done

We have managed to lay the intercooler on a 15 degree angle which means we can still mount it above the level of the transmission crossmember, and front lip while still giving it sufficient airflow, all without modifying the body structure in any way

We have mounted the twin GTDW2833 turbochargers alongside the sump but with excellent rail clearance for the torsion bars and driveshaft of the 4WD variant. They are nice and stealth here, and have excellent ground clearance (above the level of the transmission crossmember yet again). Note there will be a complete Y pipe for the kit with the exhaust, the twin outlets are just a test piece

The engine bay looks as stock as it did before save for the intercooler discharge pipe which runs back up to the Drive By Wire throttle body, and still gives enough room to retain the stock fan assemblies

If you look at the Silverado from the front there is excellent ground clearance, and the promise of 100% torque and power gains on offer from the Gen-TT GMC Truck Intercooled Twin Turbo System

Pretty slick install.

But the real technical question is:

How many cans of Roo meat can you place under the charge pipes?

We aim to have the car on the dyno next week onfire
If we can make a nice easy 500rwhp through the 5.3 LS1 and auto at 8psi we will be really happy. The good news is that full boost and torque will be at less than 3000rpm making for a very fast Gen-TT Intercooled Twin Turbo ride

How much? Will there be an option for larger turbos. I already have an I/C in the same location so I will not need that either.

I would be careful with that particular Weldon pump. We havent had the best luck with that particular model. All of their fuel stuff has worked incredibly well, but we had two of the high temp fluid pumps (oil) not recirculate enough oil.

Im not telling you how to do your job, just sharing my experience.

Thanks for the heads up cracker. Our testing on the pump has shown them to have excellent durability particularly when you calculate the return requirement correctly as we do in our kits

Hey guys as promised here is a picture of our production twin turbocharger kit for the GM Truck Range

As you can see all the pipework is high strength lightweight aluminium with rolled ends to ensure hoses never blow off. Our silicone is durable multi layer material with four levels of fabric for maximum strength. Notice the billet blow off valves?
Will get you guys some numbers in the next couple of days

I was all excited until I saw the pipes running underneath the frame. I know I am in the minority, but my truck almost lays the front crossmember on the ground. I guess I'm going to be stuck with running an STS (or STS type) for ground clearance.

It looks as though the passenger side discharge runs right under the oil drain bolt. Is that just the angle of the pic or will the pipe have to be disconnected for oil changes to avoid a mess?

looks like a nice set up there for sure...... we need some numbers and WOT passes on camera

i have a buddy with a 5.3 and he's getting his own twin set up custom...... wonder how that will turn out too
