Default 408+ ci with FI, need suggestions

Looking to do a 408ci or more with L92 heads and an F1R at about 20-25psi

I'm looking for a cam that will be a max effort cam but still be able to idle (if thats possible). What are your opinions?

The issue is that I'll most likely need to go with a hydraulic cam because of the limited valvetrain available for the L92 heads.
Do I need to go solid roller?

I'm also looking for valve springs that will give me seat pressure in the 250-280 range because of the boost levels.

My last question is will the L76 intake be able to handle the 20-25psi boost levels? What is the max boost that a composite intake can handle?

With my setup, 402 with a F1-R, I went with the following cam: 236/245//598/608//115. It idles pretty good around 900 RPMs. There is a good bit of lope also, I like that thing

When I was YSi, I ran a 236/246//114, idled good. I ran hydraulic, so I don't think a solid roller is necessary. I went 144 a few years ago, I'm sure that more of you guys will be hitting 145-150 going forward.

I am running TSP's Giant Camshaft with the 114LSA. It has a nasty lope @ 1000rpm idle, but that is what I am looking for in this build. When I first tuned it N/A with the stock LS6 intake/TB, it ran pretty decent. I didn't have much power between 1000-2000rpm, but it was enough that it can cruise down the highway in 5th or 6th gear. Now I have my other intake on with the F1R and I am still tuning the part throttle. But at 10-12psi of boost, this thing is a real monster.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the valve springs. TEA did the port work on my Dart heads gave me a set of 1.300" dual spring with a 160lb @ 1.800" seat pressure and 450lb @ 1.200" open pressure. They told me that is the most they would recommend for a hydraulic lifter. Any more and it would collaspe it. He was concerned about my lobe design and boost thinking it might cause valve float. 12psi at 7000rpm and nothing yet. I have more pulleys to play with.

Not with the blower yet. It made 444whp N/A on 87 octane gas.
