damn i love this car!...i didn't make it to the heads up night this month as i was sick as hell last week, i couldn't even talk my throat was so sore....but i was there last month and the car was pretty sweet!....i guess i just have a thing for red turbo Camaros??

edit...if memory serves me, they're actually running 6L truck manifolds for their setup

Photo's were taken by my buddy Ian Kulas! these were from last friday!

But, Pande finally got that car running. It was Job Spetter Jr's Championship Winning NMRA SSO car from years ago. First stock suspension car in the 7's on 28x10.5nonW tire. He still runs our suspension on that car.

Okay 4th or 5th good thing you came on and cleared that up for us.

A vette with a solid rear and a torque arm hrmmm...that sounds pretty stock-suspension to me.

Who is the fastest true stock-suspension car (stock mounting points, no coilover conversions, etc)? That means a mustang with uppers/lowers and no torque arm, fbody with torque arm, etc in case anyone forgot what they came with from the factory.

The car still does have the 6L manifolds on it. Mike said they went 8.0X @182 in the final for the win in Illinois.

You should be happy you got the only corvette that ever came with a torque arm from the factory.

Thanks everybody. It's been crazy busy around here with work and racing. Doesn't leave alot of time for the internet.

The Camaro is doing real well and is running stronger everyday. First a big thanks to those who have helped us out. W2W for building us another awesome motor, ERL for building us a block that is amazing, BigStuff 3, BMR, All Pro, Rossler Trans, Midwest Converters, and our local shops that take care of us when were in need.

A quick rundown of the car is:
98 Camaro-25.5 cage
ERL LS2 block
W2W built-402
All Pro heads
6.0 manifolds
101mm turbo
Rossler TH210
Midwest converter
BigStuff 3

We have been running the car for a while now and getting it dialed in and slowly creaping up on the power. Well it's all coming together now. So far our best mph is 183.74 and our best ET is 8.04 @ only 177. We also been doing some 1/8 mile stuff and have gone low 5.20's and 145mph. Like somebody posted were leaving fairly soft. That's all about to change.

Who woulda thot these truck manifolds would work so well?

Were running in the Milan Drag Radial Series that I won last year. Steve is currently in 1st with one race left to go.

My new Blue TA will be out again next week. I'll post details and pics of it later.

Thanks,

Copper gaskets. Receiver groove in block. Wire in the heads. 25psi right now. Yes, we push water and really don't care.

Congrats guys, that's why I went with truck manifolds.

Mike/ Steve, any advice for me on using the 325 DR's? I hope to run next weekend as long as my parachute mount is done in time. I heard I should keep the tire pressure up, should I keep the rear shocks hard or soft?
