For the love of god...can we make a turbo cam sticky?

This is a very good topic first off but like many of the salty veterans have been saying "it's not as easy as throwing a few cam specs out"... There are a bunch of different things to think about when choosing a cam or giving advice on one... One is "how will it work with my turbo/blower"... Another would be what size engine they are working with... Where as one cam would work great with a 346ci it would simply choke off too early with a 400+ engine (most already know that here)... Another is what driving characteristics they like... Some of us love lumpy cams as where as some want the "sleeper" cam profile... My point is that it's very hard to be generic when someone has an idea in their head about something as specific as their cam... I'm not saying that they need to "search" when we know that it's definitely been acting up lately but search other venues of the forced induction mainstream too... There are plenty of videos showing ET's, drivability, and everything else under the sun that you want to know...
I think that the problem is that they get into a build and really don't know what they want themselves.. I mean how many would a STS/Procharger be right for me and they give no goals, budget, or anything else...
Like I said this is a very good topic but as the old saying goes "give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach him how to fish and feed him for life"... That means if people actually learn why, how, and in what scenarios a cam should be chosen then there wouldn't be as many of these threads...

Case studies are the way to go. A write-up following a combination through it's various changes is more useful.
I think that Jim and Kevin could probably write up a few simple case studies, like Jim's LT1, the shop car, and Kevin's 98 TA.
