Is this car running headers still? If so you will gain a lot by going back to manifolds. Looks like it spools really fast now though.
Slp headers to boot! As most know, the slps run a odd sized collector. we ended up welding a vband on the header and the y pipe, thus a perfect seal.

SLP's are the worst long tube possible when doing a rearmount, they have the biggest surface area. It's like adding another 14' of 3" pipe. I use to have them on my car and just about gave them away after going back to stock manifolds. The difference was HUGE.

, its a good thing scott has tall tires in the back to bring the ride height up. It doesnt rub where slps normally rub (passenger side primary). With the backpressure it would blow out a decently rubbed though primary.

Yes 3" back to the turbo, if I remember correctly, we used a hooker catback pipe. Then a 4" DP.

I wasnt able to watch the video... but Im sure it sounds like a stout combo...

Even with rear mount your not running into any backpressure issues with that 76? I was under the impression you might only be good to 8xxrwhp or so because of back prsesure... but I dont know what your power goals are.

Ill have to watch the video when I get home tonight...

Either way congrats!

Scott had a 67mm before, and this thing makes it look tiny lol.

Its a 76gts with a .96 exhaust AR. I chose the .96 due the rearmount having backpressure issues. The spool seemed fine with the 96 so i didnt go lower to the .81

For the price and performance, the APS twin system is king right now for the intro pricing.

Where Scotts car stands today, there is barely any pieces from the base STS kit left, having modified it to a high hp level and fixing the broken parts.

O1ssick...maybe the base STS is cheaper, but to do what I did,was not cheap. Lots of reworking(plumbing..ect) and lots of upgrading was done. FMIC; fuel sytem,76GTS turbo, labor, ect....$$$...please keep this in mind OK.

Lol, no doubt. Both Scott and I took a financial hit to get this car to where it is now. Persistence really paid off in this case, as the car is very fun to drive. Bob
