+1 ... got ripped off on ebay, bought an amp from a guy that was selling it under his companys name that he worked for... it blew up and he said "yea send it back, i'll fix it or repair it" month went by, wouldn't answer emails or calls...
went out to the attny general,
he sent a letter to the company...
well guess what the owner of the company gave me a call, had no idea this kid was using his companys name when selling stuff on ebay... i got the amp replaced free of charge and was led to believe said employee would no longer be working there...

I ordered a couple of gaskets from innovative turbo online and it added items to my order!! the first total for 2 progate gaskets was $2900 I didn't submit the order. i tried to call and email with no success. Now i know why.

I am going to give the Attorney General a call tomorrow to see what they can do. As a last resort I will claim it on our insurance and let them do the leg work.

To all of the people that got burned I hope everything is rectified but things like the Incon kit, Hiflo, and others incidents make me believe that it's gonna be hard to come by.. Goodluck everyone...

im sure you'll get them. i orderd inlet flange gaskets a couple weeks ago and asked them to next day them. they did and i got them the next day. this was all before i heard about what was goin on.

Has anyone even talked to this company in a week or two???? They would even pick up the phone when I call and when I leave messages they don't return them!!! and i'm out a $700.00 boost controller!!!! I going to **** in a bag and send it to them!!!

you should find out where they are and go have a visit maybe then you can get some
answers to your question also i think you can get arrested for shitting in a box and mailing it to them but sending them some dead rats in a box is a different story
also i hope some one over there is looking at this post you do not run a biz like they are i found over and over again it not so much the situation but the integrity and charecter you show in the face of disaster or im full of **** you pick
