Got some nice cool low pressure air rolling in and I'm going to try to take advantage of it. Got the F1A on, 4" pulley, headlight motors out, chute on and some C16 If it hooks it will run in the 8s when the sun goes down I think, maybe..

didnt make it, weather was decent but I didnt get a chance to mount up my new tires and these are 6 months old. Did make quite a few 9dohs @ 150+ but I had to turn the 2 step down to 2600 to make a clean pass, did have it up at 3500 for a couple but it was spinning the tires with the front in the air and it was just too squirrly to ride out. Best 60' was a 1.269 but I had to let off at 100' a few times. So I turned the 2 step back down, best pass was a 1.337 60 foot, 5.77 @ 121.5 1/8 and 9.02 @ 150.6.
Made 8 passes, 9.23@149 (spun), 9.27 @133 (let off), 9.09 @ 150, 12.28 and 13 something (wall), 9.05 @ 150, 9.02 @ 150, 9.05 @ 150.77 (best mph).
Max boost was 18.5 psi, no excuses, just didnt enough snot to get it done. Didnt touch the tune, was only running 14-15 degrees of timing. Didnt push a drop of water, I could have leaned on it a little more but I was happy for what it was running in the weather (about 800' DA or so). New set of tires and another cool day and it will be there. Plus I really should get some weight off this thing, I just hate to give up my power steering and brakes. Hard to pissed considering I built the car to run 10.0/9.90. Got to use a chute a couple times to try it out, ran 150+ on every good pass, was a nice day and drove it in the trailer with almost an empty tank of gas - cant beat that.
