PCM for turbo car
Our 99-02 LS1>BS3 Harness does not pass 100% out of the box, but it keeps the subsystems in place for the OBDII to still function. Besides tuning the stock PCM there is a slight modification and it can support the OBDII testing.
I do realize this is a thread about LT1's but the OP has a 94 F-body in his signature, and around here there is no more testing on vehicles that are pre-OBDII.
Tach no. puts out the same signal as would a MSD box you would run your tach off of.
