how does this sound? well i have spent many late nights digging up threads and doing my research, and i think i figured out my plans.
lq4 w/ forged pistons, L92/L76, somewhere around 9.1 to 1, FMS F9, D1sc, 3600 converter, 4l65e lvl 5.
Vehicle is a 2000 gmc sonoma, ext. can 2wd. The d1 alone will prolly make me more than happy as far as power goes, but i have always loved the way the F9 sounds and perfroms. I know some people wouldn't consider that cam practical for driving on the street, but it doesn't bother me. This wont me my daily driver, but it will be driven daily. LOL
Let me know what you think? Overkill? Good choice? anything.
Nothing is etched in stone yet, and i am not really in a big hurry seeing as the season is about over anyways.

how much boost can i run before the CR becomes and i have to run meth?
And do u have any 6.0 shortblocks layin around up there.
Sorry i did not make it to your wedding. its been hard times around here for the last couple months. lost my job and house, got denied unemployment, goin toe to toe with my old employer in court. I said f it, and enrolled back in school full time. just living off of savings which isn't goin to last long, because there was not very much to start. but anyways congrats and tell your "ol lady" i said the same.

definatly will do. My dad just moved to Ionia, right off 96, so next time im out there i will shoot over to the shop or something.
Are those lq9's complete or just shortblocks, ordo they have heads or what? And you never recommended a cam for me.LOL

i dont really know to be honest.LOL I have looked at a lot of pictures of s10's with lsx swaps and i think it would fit on either side if i relocate the battery. I am gonna get rid of as much as possible under the hood to make as much room as i can. ABS, cruise, AC, blowermotor, etc. Its all coming off.
I can't imagine that. I would love to have a blown LSx in my 02 ZR2. Absolute damn pig... Looks like you're taking care of that! I personally think it'll be a bad *** setup.
