so do you have solid motor mounts or do you have concerns mounting the turbo to the frame without flex joints to the headers.

i had mine like that once, and i revised it under suggestion from others.

if you have solid mounts or an engine plate then it doesnt matter

MM. I made some solid motor mounts. I was a little worried about vibration, but so far you can hardly tell.

The fans are Dearle (sp?) from summit. I cut them into and shaped them to the radiator. It took some doing but they're supposed to flow like 4200 cfm if I remember. I know they only run for a minute once they kick on. I don't think overheating will be a problem.

I'll probably shoot for 800 or so on pump and meth. No since getting greaty on the cheap gas. Sticking that much on the street will be a problem tho. Probably turn it up on c16. A buddy just made a little over a 1000 on the same engine setup. I hope I can do the same. We'll see.

1insane. That'll be a feat if you can squeeze that monster in a GTO. Down pipe F.T.L. I see some serious fab work ahead of you.

Finished up all the loose ends tonight. Still need to make the radiator cover. Found a bad 02 causing the computer to go crazy. Should be straighten that out this weekend.

Nice setup man...... You should have no problem breaking 1000rwhp if you push it....

I did with 40 less cubes and the S88.
17 psi netted me 830-840 thru a Glide
22 psi did 1032
26 psi did a lil over 1100..

Ill let ya know with my new setup.......
Its close to yours..... just a lil bigger....

Kyle I used your setup for inspiration. Somethings wrong when 1100 isn't enough. I can see you getting the $1000 bucks from Jose. Tell him you want $2000 for breaking 1500hp. Pay up sucka.

Well fixed the o2 problem, I spliced the left bank signal wires to the right bank o2. Also fixed the v6 problem. It seems you have to have the injector driver plugged in all the way for it to run all 8 injectors. Car is running good now. A little on the rich side from the initial startup tune. Time for some real tunning now.

It's weak compared to that TT gto with 1000+ hp I've heard of, but I think it should do 500 at the wheels. At least I'm hoping.

Header wrap? Got it from Summit. Can't remember the name but you can search it and it will come up. Worth its weight in gold for sure. If I had everything off again, I would put 2 layers.

Yes, water makes it much easier to pull tight and form. I found out by accident. I'm a noob to that stuff. You can also get off fleabay, just get the thicker stuff they sale and watch out on the lengths it comes in.

I'm located in the buzzing metropolis of Hilliard FL. Not too far from you Beaflag. Me and a couple of friends visit to usual spots, just no in a while. Should be out soon, maybe this weekend if the rain lets up.
