t-netics will not take care of our TC76 without FI proving purchase date and so on. So I am feeling you on the being stuck with a broke a$$ turbo. No racing this season we only have a few weeks left up here in MI.

You should have mentioned this on the phone the other day. Also T-netics will do a pick up on the turbo. Did they tell you they would not??

Sorry if it came out the wrong way Jose, I PM'd dr. turbo about cause I knew you were gone.

They flat out told me to keep the turbo, they would do nothing with it at all. They needed a proof of purchase from you before I could even get a RA number.

I told them I would at least like to get it on the way to them and then you could fax needed info when you got back. The told me not to ship it.

I read my post again....I was not slamming Jose lol. More less showing my lack of love to turbonetics. I have had awesome luck with the S unit too.

I was just telling the other guy I felt his pain in the non working turbo department.

Well all my stuff came looking like a jewel from FI. Just a fluke IMO.

No biggie, I will be calling turbonetics today. They are SUPPOSE to give you a RA #. Also the serial # on the unit tells them ALL they need to know. It is a crap shoot when dealing with them.

Most of the stuff yes, but we have had a few packages that I am not happy with.

The shipping problems are going to be fixed asap. It needs to be consistent.

Also we are getting Chris fixed up. We are going to swap him also into the new race cover free of charge for his problems, plus I think he will be happier with the turbos power with that cover anyhow.

I rather see out new covers out there then the old BWA race cover

Now thats services Jose!!!. Every company has faults as no company is perfect. Jose can not watch everything at everytime. Its the outcome of the problems that really count it and seems to be done quite well.

Jose,

The customer service by you is much appreciated. Thanks for clearing up a simple issue that probably should have never happened in the 1st place.

Just shipped off the old unit to FI. Like Jose said he is going to free upgrade me to their new race cover per our conversation this morning. Said it will be next week on it. I'll keep this updated.

Not knowing what was going on and realizing that racing in Memphis wasn't going to happen, 417Motorsports let me borrow a t6 gt42-67 they had so I could at least make it to the car show this weekend. On 7lbs it seems the turbo is maxed and the Vette flat gets with it. The instant spool is pretty cool too.

Well, at least you'll make it there. I'm hoping for a decent turn around time too.

I received a part recently, that was packaged very well, but very simply.

It just used folded bits of cardboard within the box, to secure the item in a large box, which was other wise empty. Dont have pics, but it was very ingenious. Item was totally safe, package whilst bigger, no heavier, and no mess when it was opened.

ALthough customer service is one thing.....Id rather not have any problems with a product in the first place, to actually have to make use of their aftersales customer service !!!!

Good to hear its getting sorted though.
