Here is a little update on the issues. I rebuilt the wastegate and ruled that out after hours of testing. I found that i had a rip in the bov diaphragm so i fixed that up and now that works great. From a dig i go full throttle,it gets to 10psi and feels great instantly, then as soon as it hits 10 it goes back down to 0psi instantly. So i had a friend in the car watching the boost gauge while i watched the af gauge. I stayed full throttle after it droped to 0psi. Not only does it drop to 0 but it starts to pull vacum. It will never go back up to boost untill i let off the throttle and get back into it.

Wow its been a while and ive learned so much since then. It actually was something really stupid. The air intake tube on the inlet of the turbo had a 90 degree elbow that was collapsing shut. I removed it for testing purposes and it worked fine.

Now im running a really heavy duty rubber 4inch elbow.
