Im in no hurry now ill wait till spring.

VMP should be good friday if it doesnt rain.... the track rental is right up til TnT so if your there when the track opens you should still have awsome track prep.

Kyle

Yeah the season is almost over now. I heard you had some big plans for the new set up Who's renting the track on Friday?

Nope not driving 8 hrs for fun. If he wants to put up some money to make it worth the trip i'll gladly come back for him. I doubt he will ever do that though. I gave him an oppertunity at the beach "for fun" and just got excuses.

there is no dragstrip at the beach. It's not 8 hours for fun, it's 8 hours to answer up for all of the pokes and comments made here. You say he made excuses at the beach, well then I guess you guys are even now.

http://www.nmcadigital.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8440

actually now i look at how the results got posted, i could have run as fast as i wanted all three runs..

i would have had an easier shot at tsking..hopefully something like a 9.50 avg and had a better showing on its performance.
not knowing what the officials were going to do i just kept with trying to stay around 10.0, so they gave me king and even though my 10.14 avg was quickest 10.0 avg, they gave the 10.0 winner to the third place guy.

then again i could have just got into safety legality trouble for busting well past 10.0 and been told to stop.. and that would have ruined my avg. and i woulda got nothing

my car weighs 3870# as raced w/ me in it at MMP this past weekend.

steve apparently i dont approach my car or racing from the same direction as dustin and i gues he's not quite comfortable with that??? the cars really aren't even comparable aside from the times they run so I don't know what the deal is.

since i ran a 9.5 and 149 at richmond, it should be super easy to go faster at vmp since its so much better. i look forward to it.

Sure I guess we are even if being away at college is an excuse. Beach may not have a drag strip but thats never stopped anyone before. David made the comment first about running down there and then didn't want to after I said sure.

Anyways have fun and let us know how VMP goes for you. Hopefully you can get everything right at the same time and make a good run

im finally selling the formula today!

after patting that car on the *** i hooked the laptop up for the first time in over 2000 miles to find that yep, the 02 sensor is flatlined at 14.4 so as i suspected i was overfueling BIG TIME at the track last night

not only was it not pulling the 20% gasoline when wide open to counter the methanol spraying, but i'm sure it was ADDING another 20% trying to target 11.0 etc at wot when it was being told 14.4

the track would have held a 9.30 or less from me last night.. maybe next time. nice catching up with you again kyle.

new best 60' is now a 1.51 on the bumper (not)
