I wouldn't put anything smaller on a 346... even though a 76 would MORE than suffice your 600 hp goal.. But with a 346 turning to 7000 rpm, you need a turbo with at least an "S" trim / GT42 hotside to keep power to redline.
Im only looking to spin it up to 6500 rpm will these still work?

I saw 8 lbs by 2800rpm on my 370ci engine with the TC76MPS. When that turbo come online it makes boost quick.

Right inline here. On the foot brake @2300 I can make 5psi with Chris's truck. Never got to try it at the track though.

I can det a gt42-96 for under a grand. i think it is too much turbo for the car and will not boost fast enough for what rpm range I want.

How much does a s400 go for or a tc76? Venders just pm me with prices.

...pardon me for being stupid, but who makes the TC76? TC76mps? I'm looking for something that can make 800ish (with some room to grow if needed). I'm have a built 347 with TH400 and am looking for a turbo that will get it done at the track and on the street.

Also, what is will this TC76 run $$ ? I am new to turbo V8...thanks for the help.

Any recommendations are appreciated.

He was doing 5.90s with the stock s400 unit.

He went to the 80mm setup and is going much faster now.

All of you whining about slow spool, quit being pussies and just hit it with a 75 shot to speed the process up a bit.
