Default 347 with a gt47-88?

How would a stock cubed motor be with a gt47-88 turbo? Got a deal on one, and want to stick with stock cubes, and stock heads(with larger valves and a little work). This will be mainly a street car. Sticking with a 6 speed. I just want to make I can make this thing work well down low with my motor?

Gawd... I would think with a stock cube motor and a 6spd... that would be too big. I am a rear-mount guy so what do I know.

So far so good, I don't have enough seat time to say I have maxed out the combo. Next time hopefully will drop down into the 8's if the car and weather allow it.

That and you'd probably have too much backpressure. I was told that I should measure my backpressure at 25-27psi and then see if I should go up to a 1.39 exhaust housing over my 1.08. These 1.39 Garrets are hard to find.

That thing is pretty damn big, especially for a stick car.

I would go with a S76 or something with a 346ci . Maybe a t4 ST76 would be better for spool response .

yeah Dave H has one on his supra, backhalf, 10.5s, glide with a 6?k stall. his car runs a sweet 11-12 seconds without the nitrous, spraying on the line it runs 8s no problem.
