I think if a car is done right and makes a lot of power, $25K is not out of the question. Some people will buy a complete/ partially completed project and then sell their other car. Drag car rollers can command $15-20K so factor that in too. My Formula for example might sell better as a roller as some folks would be buying it for the parts but not want to the FI setup or the engine. Good luck either way.
