Does running E85 affect turbo sizing?

not exactly.

air in may be the same, but fuel usage is way up. You burn it, it turns into something mass wise. Gotta go out the exhaust.

We always get more power with E85 then gasoline, and less backpressure.
Tested several times..

Right, but it is also cooler, so velocity wouldn't be as high as the same amount of gasoline burned, so it wouldn't exactly be a 30% difference in exhaust requirements, but I could understand there being a difference.

This wouldn't impact the requirements for the cold side of the turbo in any way though, right?

No the compressor side requirements can stay the same, but just the exhaust side needs to be compensated for.
