i had heating problems at idle in my chevelles with the i/c blocking the radiator, so i mtg'ed them as low as i could, and drilled some large holes in the front bumper to let air into it (i made them so they looked like they belonged) i am working on a procharged lq4 in my 69, kind of wonder it the ls style motors tend to run cooler than the old gen i's
your looking good, keep updated

Nice work so far. Looks similar to mine, just with the turbo mounted on the passenger side instead of driver. The merge at the turbo flange is a bitch to make aint it

Ya I hate making those Y-pipes. Measure, cut, check, cut, check, cut, check, cut, check cut, check, cut, weld.

It took me 1 day to make each header, then an entire day for just the Y-pipe. (Day= 10am-4pm with lunch).

Nice cars guys. If I may offer a suggestion 71chevelleLS1, you may want to redo the cold side an use aluminum tubing, without as many of the silicone bends. It may not perform much better, but the looks alone will be well worth the cost and trouble.

I think I see a problem....

I don't know if the duct tape will provide a proper seal under boost?!?!?

HAHAHA j/k. Looks great man.
