Default Supercharged guys w/ 6spd

I have searched the forum and found a similar question to mine, but they never really answered the question. For you guys running 500-600rwhp what clutch are you using? I was thinking spec stg 3..........?

people are probably gonna send you to the trans forum, But I am running a spec stage 3 +. Im only making 450 at the wheels though. It grabs like a mother fu*#er though. I love it so far. I broke it in as instructed also.

If you can afford it, it seems like the ozz 700 is one of the best.

check around the trans forum though.

I personally would never run spec... My buddy had a spec 3 and 3+ and both eventually went south on him... He then went to a textrailia and loved it... He was pushing about 600rwhp though..

I'm going to run my Spec 3 until it starts slipping (maybe right away?). Once that goes, hopefully there's a few more people out there with some experience with the Spec twin, so far I've only heard good things about it.

I'm right around 385 to 400 rwhp and I'm running the LS7 clutch and flywheel and love it, but I'm not supercharged.

Title: Supercharged guys w/ 6spd
Question: For you guys running 500-600rwhp what clutch are you using?

Why did you bother posting that?

2500 miles proper broke in now slipping around 500 rwhp. Spec 3 + they say I shouldn't run drag radials, or stock gears with this clutch, and no I have never had slicks on the car.

Turbocharged (close enough ) Run a Textralia OZ700...one of the older models that uses a balanced iron flywheel. No probs at all w/ the HP and drives friendly on the street. Their customer service is also the best I've ever seen (Pete at Textralia will bend over backwards to help w/ install Q's etc).

Had the clutch in since 2005, about 10K miles on it now. Made at least 50 drag passes w/ 3-4K drops on her too Anyhow, my $0.02 is it's a great clutch......

This is what 630rwhp did to mine. I got MORE power now and went with a Spec Twin Disc and love it.
