I have been told on my car back pressure could cause this. I would think an 81 housing per side on your car would be fine though. The next thing would be to measure your back pressure so you need to get some kind of reading from the exhaust manifold side I beleive.

Did it get any better with the changes at all?

Positive your wideband is accurate?

Did you throw a pressure tester on the valve springs just to confirm their pressure?

Shouldn't have to change a thing. Only way to tell if the correct valves/setup/etc is on the heads is a pressure tester...anything could have happened on the install....wrong height, defective springs......too easy not to rule out with a tester. Hopefully the pushrod length is correct also.

I hope it's bad coils for a quick fix.

Good luck.

Your inj Duty % really drops, really seems like some problem with fuel. Sorry if you mentioned it before but what specific components does your fuel system consist of, pump, are the 96 injectors flow matched? What size are the feed lines? etc.

not sure on the other details but I believe he mentioned twin walbros in the tank... they aren't going to go any further then 1000rw, you need to find a way to add the third or go to a real pump as they say

Didnt know if that was due to you closing the throttle or if it was from fuel drop which is why I asked.

My twin turbo alcohol motor was dropping out about 5000 rpm. Switched ignition sytems, wires and all of the usual things, to no avail. Spark was not able to jump the gap when boost came up. This is a very high compression motor with boost. Smaller plug gap fixed the issue. I have run into this on a couple of other 1000 RWHP combinations with High boost and or high compression/Nitrous where the smaller gap eliminated the problem.
