When I ordered my TC66's I told Jose that I wanted TC67's. He said they really don't make 67's and that they were really 66's so that is what I went with.

The TC66's flow about 70lbs of air and the FI 66's flow like 72 or 73 lbs or air. At least this is what I was told!

The price difference between the two is substantial. Jose said if you were not spending every dime to squeeze every last bit of power out of the turbos, than just go with the TC66's.

Now, if you are going to build a 408 than Jose said you might want the
FI70's

Maybe Jose can chime in?

Actually the FI66's flow 78 lbs/min, our FI62's flow 72 lbs/min

The compressor maps are on the first post for all of them

I am building a 408 with ETP 245 heads so it should flow some air. Should I run the TC66s or FI66s/FI70s? Budget is a factor but I dont want to have backpressure issues either.

Well the FI66's will dust a TC66, but budget wise the TC66 will be a little more.

The TC66 is around 1099 and the FI66's will be around 1399. But power is about 75hp difference per each turbo. Or the FI66's would make around 150hp more...

Even if you don't put the pictures up, put up the stats and tentative pricing.

Bringing this thread back to life... Have you guys tested any of the FI70's on Supras yet? I am curious to if that turbo spools like a 70mm turbo, but makes the power of a typical off the shelf 76mm....? If so, that would be perfect for a auto setup like mine... I currently have a ITS 76MM DBB turbo and I would like to know how the FI70 compares to it. My current turbo is in need of repair and I am thinking of repairing and selling and just getting the FI70 if it is a better turbo.

Whats the advantage/disadvantage of going with a water cooled, over a oil cooled, beside the obvious not pulling oil from your motor?

It still gets oil from the engine for lube.

Vince we have some on Supra's, but seems like everybody with supra's wants a 76mm or even GT47's....lol. Most of our smaller units are going to the 4cylinder cars like the EVO's, DSM's, Honda's...etc.

Also, ALL turbos are oil cooled/lubed, and water cooling is an option, though not really needed unless you are running extreme high EGT's before turning the car off.
