Default Boost Gauge vs manifold psi in hp tuners

Anyone ever have their boost gauge read insanely high compared to the manifold psi (map sensor reading) on the hp tuners?

my gauge is messed up i guess, my tuner said he has seen it before.

Make 100% sure that the scanner for hptuners is set up correctly for the map sensor. I myself made the mistake of leaving the old pid and the new 3 bar pid up and it seems like it averages the two. Stock one only went to atmosphere and the car was actually on 18 psi, and only showing 9 psi with the 3 bar pid.
