i paid for a twin kit that will support 18psi. now if the kit wont. then that was false advertisment and fasle sales info.
Did you get the 18 psi from Peter himself then? Checking out the kit on their website, I see nothing mentioned of 18 psi. The only thing I see is the following:

As we all know, horsepower to not directly relate to boost pressure.

Okay, and at what boost level do you think it will get there?

Whatever that Boost # is, it's a fair statement that it should support 1k hp since that what's advertised, supporting it reliably of course not with collapsing pieces. I think you're being a little naive. Yes, the boost # doesn't matter... I'm sure they know that. JMO.

yes peter had said it a few time and http://www.airpowersystems.com/fbody/turbo.htm says "The highly specialized turbochargers are based upon custom Mitsubishi gasoline spec turbochargers with an Inconel 713C turbine wheel, liquid cooled bearing housing (50 lbs per minute mass air flow @ 18 PSI), APS single entry .84 A/R turbine housings with external waste gate port/provision and APS designed and manufactured .65 A/R compressor housing."

so why put a turbo in a kit that will support 1000 horse and 18psi if the kit wont take it.

i aint trying to be a dick by my comment, just that i don't what to buy more stuff. i bought a complete kit. it should take the 1000 horse and 18psi

Simple

No your wrong.

My deepest sympathies to you both. I'm sure you will start the family in the near future and in no time the little ones will be enjoying a quick blast in the car with you.

My son is only 3 months old...

Were I not a parent, this kind of news might not stir any emotion. However, I have to say that reading this is heartbreaking... Makes me want to leave my job right now to hug my baby boy...

This kind of stuff is so important and such a test on relationship that most people are ignorant to the degree of anguish someone can feel...

I pray you and your wife have the bond and strength to continue building your family, no matter how big or small.
