All I can say is ...: eek2:

And this is for the APS naysayers and their too small turbo theory bullshit..

and one more time for the doom and gloomers..

And lastly for you and your excellent times ets and especially excellent mph

If my car wasn't stuck in the garage behind giant snow drifts and if actually had heat out there and insulation I would start my tear down today! Now I better go get the wife to help me with this giant woodie I have from watching your video.

TOO SMALL for even 346 cubes let alone 402 or 408..YEAH RIGHT! Notice the naysayers have been really quiet lately..

Very nice times.

So you like your APS system......has there been any other discussions about the larger turbos offered in the kit?

What do think the turbos will do turned up? Do you think you will be able to generate much more boost with the 402?

138mph at 3950 lbs is STOUT!

How is your driveability with your set-up, looks like it would be real easy to drive and have stock like manners on the streets?

the upgraded turbos arent due out till the summer. JM's goal is to run 18psi with these so we'll see how it works out for him.
i have the same kit also on a 402 but all im lookin for is about 14 psi which shouldnt be a problem.

Tnt,forget is your car running around now with the kit on it? What is your engine combo exactly....heads,cam,intake,etc. What clutch are your running? What rear end and gear ratio? Have you dynoed yet or tracked it? Jm has been a bit quiet lately. Hope everything is fine with him and his car.

I am pretty confident for me that 15psi or so on the current turbos would be lots and even 12psi would be fine. I would be happy with anything in the 10 personally, 9s is for sure not requirement. And can't really see going up to even the bigger wheels but then boost is addictive as we all know so guess NEVER SAY NEVER! But JM is hitting low 10s with low boost and the stock kit.

Has anyone hit this (14 psi) on a 402 with nice heads yet? I have been reading all the APS threads I can find and haven't seen this yet. Also was looking for someone besides APS who has eclipsed the 830 RWHP numbers with the base kit.

Does anyone know if the system will fit under the SS Camaro hood without modifications?

The turbos mount very low so can't see any problems with ss hood.
You can go to aps website and see how they mount. No relocation of anything much either. Battery stays in front, alt stays in its original place.

There are not that many kits done yet don't think. At least not showing up on here with dyno numbers and its pretty early most places for track times.

The base kit is not likely to much past 850rwhp. The turbos flow about 50pounds each and that usually works out as pretty good estimate of what engine hp will be times 10 times 2. So about 1000 engine hp and 850rwhp. Remember autos would be lower rear wheel than m6 cars.

The one APS dyno was with the bigger wheels and the other one with the standard wheels. Talking the built 346 dyno of course.

Not going to turn the boost up just yet. Going to try and be consistent with the Pinks race coming up this Friday. They Ill turn it up a bit more. Wont even try 18 psi without the APS revised high boost ducts. Kit runs very well. I have zero leaks and drivablity is done. Only thing is my car runs a little on the hot side with the ac on. And we havent got to summer yet. But I allready have a good idea of how to tackle that when the time comes
