Any trouble w/ headers melting paint on the hood? I've seen that set-up before & the cars are usually driven w/ no hood (until show time) because of heat issues from the headers. I see the heat wrap, but, am curious. Thanks
LSX miata !! OMG that must be dangerous

I put a ceramic coating inside and out to help keep the heat down. We have not seen any problems yet, but I plan to bag the turbo chargers and put a vented hood on the car to be safe.

If you build 'em right; meaning from the ground up w/ sub-frame bracing, suspension, anti-sway bars, strut tower braces, 4 point roll bar...etc., there good for about 400-450 RWHP & #-FT torque. Anything more is unusable power, IMO. It's a purpose built road course, street car. She's alot of fun.

Nice to hear about your success against heat. Please let us know if problems develop. My ultimate car is what you are driving & it may be in future plans. Heating the paint on the hood is one of the things holding me back. Again, Congrats & that is one BADASS ride......

Those brackets weren't cheap ! I don't even have the noids in the car atm. We actually had to tame the boost down to keep here stable on the dyno. I think the nos may be a waist of time and money.

Are you kidding? The car hasn't been on the road for a year? The BS3 was a Don Baily cut and paste tune-it's never been on the road, never will he doesn't even have a license and can't afford to pay his fines!
