Thanks East Side Performance! I just wanted to thank the guys over at ESP for taking care of me. They just freshened-up my motor with forged pistons/rods and all the goodies, then dyno tuned the new setup. The car runs great and now I'm a lot less worried about running the ATI blower. For anyone who hasn't worked with these guys, I can't say enough good things about the way they conduct business.

Re: Thanks East Side Performance! I talked to Kevin when he was down here on a business trip. Very cool guy. I showed him my tune and he me made a couple of suggestions that help out alot. He was the only person that knew I had to use the open loop method of tuning on my truck. Good people, I just wish that they where a 1,000 miles closer.

Re: Thanks East Side Performance! Crunch, My dyno results were 500-514 RWHP and 430-440 TQ. These are a little lower than on stock internals (519RWHP/448 TQ) but the engine is much safer now (dropped the compression from ~10.6:1 to ~9.5:1, decreased ign. adv., and richened the A/F). The rev. limiter was set to 6800 and peak power is around 6500. I'm still running out of fuel pump over 6500 RPM with the in-line walbro. I've got an in-tank Walbro sitting here but I think I'm going to wait for the Racetronix '99+ pump to be released. If this turns out not to be enough power, then I'm going to probably have to do some more fuel system work before I can increase the boost (something I don't really want to get into).

I should get my car back with the rebuilt motor this week. We'll be pushing 11PSI on pump gas at 6500RPMs. I'm running the 2.75" pulley for the V9 G-trim. I'm hoping for close to 600RWHP this time. We'll see.
