GM High Tech shoot out!!! Just got home, Hade a gret time. I went 12.4, 12.1, 12.0 in the shoot out.
Then we stayed for test and tune. I took the Drag Radials off, put the ET streets on and busted 11.88,11.80, then a new best of 11.71 @ 120.8. All in all a good day.
To top it off I met Rick From GMHTP and he wants to shoot my car, I cant believe it but he was looking at it, I had no clue who he was and started talking to him, He asked me a few questions then he said this car ever been in a mag? I said "I wish, been trying for a couple years" he said " well Im Rick from GMHTP" Then this was me
I could not believe it. Nice guy too.
All in all, a great week end!!! Thanks

Re: GM High Tech shoot out!!! Im revving to about 5k, If I go Higher, then it spins. I need more tire and a 2 step. Then I can launch under boost. If That works and power shift and cooler then 90* outside, I would say it should go low 11's. Im trying to chop at it. It will come.

But I made it to E town and sure as ****, Rick Liked my car, I could not believe it, I told him about my old post, Dont know if he will look at it but Thought it was funny he came to my car. He was very nice and sounded real about shooting my car. I guess I didnt hurt myself with that last post. And Rick had a sweet T-Type. Saw him on the ride down from mass. I hope he was serious about shooting my car, I cant wait.
PS, If he shoots the car I'll throw in a plug for LS1Tech.com!!!
