If you just had to have FI i think the most simple route would be a procharger on a stock engine. They have been out for ever and install is very easy. You could probably find a nice used setup off ls1tech for around 4k. The p1sc kit was really ment as a bolt on type kit for stockish motors. Other wise a nice h/c would do 450 no problem.
