i'm sure fuel will be the limiting factor here.

HP Estimates? My new setup is going to be......
EPP iron block 402, callies crank and rods, diamond pistons, patriot stage3 6L heads and studs, EPP Blower cam, SLP oilpump, CompR lifters, etc etc.
This should put me about 9.4:1 comp ratio.
ATI D1SC at about 14psi.....
6 speed trans with 3.42 gears.....
Only fuel system upgrage at this time is a Walbro 255, KB BAP, 60lb injectors....
Any ideas on what to expect at the wheels with a good SAFE tune?

no you should be ok up to 650rwhp with what you have.... I only have BAP and 60lbs with TTI kit and it ran fine to 630rwhp- limited only by me and my tuning that we did not want to push it any more.... I have three stages
1. 585rwhp
2. 600rwhp
3. 630rwhp and no issues with fuel.... the issue will be behond 650 and really near 700 rwhp....
