wow thanks for the file man, now if we could only find the intake flanges with the injector bosses...hmmm ... funny I found this today 'cos this is what I fooled around with Last night on SolidWorks. I'm still learning SolidWorks in my part time, I use AutoDesk Inventor at work. Now I can use the real flange to play with

the 'hole' for the 1.625 tube is set to 1.68 on this file
so this is the correct file with the correct centerhole spacing ?

it's cheaper to have multiple made at once, it would be nice if they would allso fit

open it, measure and compare to whatever you got, it it meets your specs then make more, if not, fix it to your liking, then make more.

So how is it cut without knowing the dimensions? Guess I'm just a newb at this whole, laser cut thing.

you are looking at the 'thumbnail' of the file, if you open it in any cad program at 1:1 scale the dimensions are correct.

kind of like knowing that a 12" ruler is really 12" long even if you are looking at a picture of it where it is not measured as 12" long.

Thanks buddy! I'll get mine cut up for later. Also would you happen to have one for a T4 divided flange?
