Yeah the frame ended up getting notched.

Chris put the fuel system on over the weekend.

I need to get out there and take more pictures.

That intercooler in the pic is a the CAS one. It's 26 x 12.5 x 3.25... As you can see there is a ton of room once you remove the front bumper support. I am planning to go with a bigger intercooler so I am planning to sell the CAS one for near cost.

Chris moved the tensioner to the driver's side. I don't expect wear'n tear but you make a good point we will monitor it.

Notice the nice roller bearing setup for the blower tensioner. The blower tensioner is adjustable and should cure any slippage issues that anyone is having.

There is a roller bearing setup inbetween the two blower mounting plates that the 6 rib belt rides on.We needed to run the belt this way so that we could get enough wrap on the water pump.Good Eye!
The fuel system is now on the car we are waiting on the new intercooler and the F.A.S.T to wrap this thing up.

P.S PSJ BETTER GET SOME DEPENDS!

Dang, I don't every serious turbo GN come over and posting, what's next someone gonna throw the Bamfords at me?

Let's just say only V8's qualify.

Jimmy... you are on the list now. I remember where you live too I'll just go peep in the garage.

The Bamfords wouldn't be a bad choice (Dave has a very nice twin turbo Stage II car as well as a fast stock block TSM GN)......

For some odd reason there aren't many turbo LS1 cars that really run (9's or faster).... Somebody needs to build one with an iron LS1 truck block (400+ci), C5R heads or even just ported LS6 heads, and a big single turbo (88mm or better yet 91mm) and run some 8's already.... The LS1 boys are way behind the modular 4.6 Mustang boys in terms of going fast with turbo power!
