Are the pistons that weak? Or is just a bad tune in the #7 cyl?

The old school way of checking the plugs seem to be the best way of avoiding that. A generalized 4-cylinder a/f ratio wouldnt show that.

Somebody said they were down around a 11.5 ratio. Thats pretty darn rich. I wouldnt be very happy knowing the cylinders are that far off even with the BEST forged pistons.

Is there a better intake manifold? Or a way to individually tune injectors? Im a newb to efi...

Slap a carb intake on it to start for a more even distribution. You can also get the #7 injector to be tad more rich when flow matched.

Has anyone been able to push the limit further with that intake? You could tap it too for efi I guess.

LOL Drew and Bob.

I will be giving you guys a call eventually. I have convinced myself that I "need" the 8 rib and I "need" the bigger 4.5" intercoolers.

Problem is, my wife and my wallet don't see it the same way I do.

In the midst of installing an MSD Opti and an ATI Damper on the LTX car, so that has taken all of my current mod money.
