Where is the oil level line at?

Where is the oil level line at? I have searched and searched and cant find a definate answer, just when I think I've found the right location for a gravity oil drain the post turns out to be for a scavenged oiling system. Anyone know where the oil level lin is? Pics would be really nice!

look at your dipstick. run it down the side of your dipstick tube w/ some zipties (assuming your pan is still on). that is the level when it is not running (not being a smartass, just using as a reference). you have plenty of room between the full dipstick mark and the top of the pan. i put mine at the top of the pan toward the front on the flat spot. but my pan was off and it went in between 2 casting braces on the inside of the pan.
if your taking the pan off it will be easy to tell were to put the drain.
