Got the kit, but I am still waiting on the manual and have two questions.
When installing the pulley on to the ATI unit, do you use loctite and if so, what type? Also does anyone know how much to torque down the pulley bolt on an ATI P-1SC?
Thanks,

Are you talking about the ATI crank pully that mounts on the stock crank pully, or the S/C pully that mounts on the S/C? My S/C pully came already installed so I can't help you there. But the Manual for my D1 said 40 lbs. + 1/3 rotation for the ATI crank pully. I spun my ATI crank pully with this level of torque. I did four things to correct this problem. 1st, I removed the ATI crank pully and recleaned the stock crank pully. And I mean cleaned it thoroughly! 2nd, I added 3 or 4 washers to the new crank bolt. Some people had mentioned that the ATI bolt is too long and might be bottoming out. Therefore not securing the ATI crank pully properly. 3rd, I used some high strenth red loctite. 4th, I torqued the bolt down to a little over 150 ft/lbs. of tq.
Since then there is absolutely no wobble and the crank hasn't spun at all. I'm not sure if the specs and pully are the same for a P1, but I'm guessing they are.
Good luck,
Mike

Thanks, but on the vettes we use the stock C5 crank pulley. What I am asking about is the pulley on the ATI Unit itself. In order to install the head unit on the mounting bracket you have to remove the pulley, install the SC on the bracket then re-install the SC pulley.
Here is a pic of the mounting bracket... the largest pulley is the one I'm talking about.

The packing list that came with my ATI Procharger says to use red loctite on the pulley bolt for the Procharger turbine. However, I'd like to know the proper way to torque this bolt down as well. I was told to use an impact wrench, but I certainly don't want to over torque the bolt and end up damaging the bolt or the turbine.

I just got an instruction sheet from ATI with a new pulley. It says torque to 40 lb-ft for a P-Series and 60 lb-ft for a D-Series. Use Locktite 262 or similar thread locker. It doesn't tell you how to hold the pulley, but I wrapped an old belt around the pulley to hold it.
It also says to heat the pulley if it doesn't go on easily. Mine just slipped right on.
