Stock longblock...
Well the LS1 can only do about 550rwhp on the stock shortblock, so i wanna say you could make 450rwhp. But i do not know anything about the 4.8, or the 5.3 blocks.

I've made just over 500rwhp with my 4.8 and 11psi of boost with both a sts rear mount and my current front mount. Your never gona get any kind of spool out of that turbo setup though, especially if your gonna make it a rear mount. That's WAY to big of and exhaust housing. You need SMALL exhaust housing with a 4.8, you don't have the CI to spool it. I run a 70mm, T4 flange turbo with a .68 A/R and P trim turbine. This combo spools quite nice and will brake stall as much boost as you want it to
Oh and if your going with a rear mount don't waste your money on the headers, and wrap the exhaust pipe all the way back to the turbo with header warp. Been there, done this

Most RWHP I've heard of out of a STOCK 4.8 is about 550 I don't think it's physically possible to make 750-800 rwhp out of 70mm turbo, I think you need to study up a little on how turbo work and what kind of Airflow you get and what range you have to operate it in to keep it in it's efficiancy range, but good luck!!

destroying turbo on number 4 for the year but it is fast
not trying to set the world on fire
just trying to get started and see what kind of power can be made
b/w told me that the turbo could flow enough to make 960hp flywheel
