Yea i am suspecting some exhaust leaks. The problem is i bought 2.5inch v-band clamps, but in 3 areas they are a little smaller. I have the V-Band clamped cranked all the way and it is touching now.

Need to buy 3 new ones to replaces the ones that are too big.

Yea i bought

6 x 2.5inch v-band clamps
2 x 3inch v-bands

3 of the 2.5inch are good. There are 3 other sections that are a little smaller then 2.5.

Finally was able to back it out of the garage =)

Need to replace the motor mount with a solid lol. Wish I would have done it sooner but i got so caught up in the build and kept putting it off to buy the motor mount.

Also Ground clearence SUCKS! I have DSM springs, and the exhaust is maybe 2 inches off the ground. Need to buy new springs and raise it up a bit. I guess its the excuse I have been waiting for to buy Sam Strano springs.

Motor mounts are a bitch! You will probably want to grind down the longest bolt so that it goes back in the mount easier while your beating on it with a long extension, your third elbow on one arm, and the hammer that you can only fling with the motion of your wrist because its too tight in there... not that its that hard or anything

Ground clearance issues, huh? Well I think we'll let the coke can be the judge of that. You know the rules. Ground clearance is to only be judged with the referencing coke can... or beverage of your choice... so long as it is a 12oz, free from manufacturing/consumption defects/damages, in the vertical position, placed on perfectly flat ground, and photographed from at least 24 different angles. Then we can all decide as to the degree of ground clearance issues that you may or may not have.

Your A/F may be a litte lean due to the exhaust being just open... right? It sounded like it wasn't being run thru a muffler. I know I have read a post or two about people melting an engine that was tuned for the catback, and then they had a cutout installed. Obviously you're fine in the driveway, but the lean A/F could be from the lack of exhaust. Maybe?

I think you're right on the STS guys... but then again I have heard all kinds of different rules for them, like no LT headers because of the loss on velocity/heat energy by the time it gets to that turbo a mile away... not that there's anything wrong with that No intercooler because it has to force the air back up that mile to the engine. Good point, but I'm not sure. They could also be tuned for that lack of exhaust. I imagine that if you were to take your car to the tuner right now they could make it run like a champ with an open DP.
