indeed. the outlet of the ST80 turbo is 3 1/2" so i ran 3 1/2" from the turbo to the IC. the TB is 4" so i ran 4" out of the IC to the TB. that way i don't have any retarded expanding/reducing couplers or any other unnecessary stuff. less restriction is always better too!

Sideways240sx Looks sweet, what did you use to cut your license plate spot??? What size intercooler you using??

Either way both cars look sweet, I can't go wrong with either bumper cover I choose to use, lol.
The intercooler is a garret core. Its 24 x 12 x 3. Wit the end tanks i think its 32-33 inches long. The people i got it from got the garret core, and welded on the end tanks. The core is rated to 925 hp from garret. So far iat's have been great.

To cut out the license plate ting first i used a dremel.. Then it burst into flames.(good thing they have 4 yr warranty's.) Once i got the new one i did a rough cut, then hit it with the dremel sanding wheels. Took 2-3 hours to get it just about perfect, and im 99% sure i inhaled some cancer causing stuff but it looks good.
